Flow Scan Feature Requests

Hello! A useful feature for us would be to provide a report of all of the errors found on pages without having to visit every single page individually. Ideally, it would be one document that would list all the errors found so we can prioritize important ones first.

It'd be cool if one day it could do design accessibility checks, like a surface level of WAVE.
